Central Library Development Plan

After numerous remodels over many years, the library needed a complete renovation and reorganization. The project included the redesign of all departments and work spaces twice. First for the existing library in its original location to be utilized for securing public approval of the construction bond measure. A second design was prepared for ‘Transcentral Library’ a temporary quarters in another building where the library moved during the construction renovation.
